Dealer Selection Process

With limited dealer networks in Bangalore, I inquired with about five different dealers to find the perfect one for my needs. After careful consideration, I determined that Hobby Tech in Kangari, Bengaluru was the best place to purchase my DJI mini4 Pro drone.

While another dealer offered me a lower price, I ultimately decided to go with Hobby Tech based on the excellent communication and service I received. I believe Kesha, my point of contact at Hobby Tech, played a significant role in my decision.

First Flight

After unboxing my drone, I took it for its maiden flight on my terrace. The feeling of piloting my own drone for the first time was exhilarating and truly a dream come true. I will be sharing the first flight video soon, so be sure to watch it to witness this exciting moment!

The Dealer’s Excellent Service

The dealer is a very nice person and he spoke to me really well. They have all the services for drone sales and repairs, providing the best support. The assistance I have received since purchasing my drone has been fabulous and flawless.

The Unboxing Event

The unboxing took place at the dealer’s office, Hobit Tech, in Kengeri Bangalore. Most dealers in Bangalore offer the option to either unbox the drone yourself or have them do it for you. They also provide a short tutorial, especially useful for beginners like me, to ensure a successful first flight.

Unboxing Experience with Hnan

The unboxing process was conducted by an employee named Hnan from Hobit Tech. He helped me with everything instantly and provided guidance to navigate through the settings as a beginner pilot. The personalized assistance from Hnan made my unboxing experience the best electronic buying experience I’ve had.

After much research and deliberation, I finally made my purchase and opted for the flymore combo plus bundle. This bundle came with the drone itself, a smart RC2, a carrying case, a propeller guard, three 45-minute batteries with a charging hub, extra propellers, and documentation. It was the most comprehensive option available across all the dealers I inquired with.

The Tutorial Process

Once the unboxing was completed, I began the tutorial process. This involved registering the drone on the DJI site under my profile, and then delving into the various settings and basic details of flying a drone. The tutorial also covered the different controls on the RC2, ensuring that I was fully equipped with the knowledge needed to operate the drone safely and effectively.

Bundle Options

While the flymore combo plus bundle was my choice due to the three 45-minute batteries, there were two other bundle options available for the DJI mini4 Pro. The flymore combo was similar to the plus version, but with three 30-minute flight time batteries instead. The basic bundle, on the other hand, included the drone, the RC2 package, and a 13-minute battery. Despite my interest in the flymore combo bundle, no dealers had this particular version in stock.

First Time Flight Videos

So I was kind of forced to buy the flymore combo plus bundle. These are a few first time flight videos from The Terrace of my residence. These are not color graded videos, and these are straight from the drones camera and please dont expect any beautiful moves or Perfection as I.

Video Quality

This was my first time flying the Drone. The video sh during the evening time looked very nice without color grading, but the next video which was sh during the night, looks like it needs Improvement. Some of my friends and wellwishers always suggested me to buy a drone for my travel videos.

Reason for Purchase

So here I am following the suggestion. I always wanted to buy a drone to use it as a hobby even before I started youtubing, because drones always fascinated me now, since it would help my travel videos and also that I had got the budget for it. I went for the purchase, I am putting aside a handsome budget and time for YouTube, though I dont see any subscriber growth, but lets see how it goes
