Accurate Predictions
I got a good chunk of it right. Al got a lot very, very wrong, but to be fair to me I think the stuff I got wrong. I could never have predicted like spoilers.
Beautiful Animation
The episode was certainly very beautiful. The animation was on point in almost every area. The character models and reactions were a bit off in the spaceship scene, but for the most part, it was very pretty. You could definitely tell a lot of work went into it.
Lack of Substance in Plot
I feel a lack of substance in a lot of areas. The plot felt very simplified, like they just needed to get to the end and didn’t pay attention to some details. The return of V, riding the dinosaur, was cool but felt a bit rushed.
Concluding Thoughts
Overall, the finale of Murder Drones had its ups and downs. While the animation was stunning, the plot felt rushed and lacking in depth. The return of V could have been handled better, but it still added an interesting element to the story. Despite its flaws, it was an enjoyable watch.
V’s Awareness of Sin’s Plan
It appears that V was actually fully aware of Sin’s plan all along. V wanted Sin to do their job and be left alone, and both S and V were in on it. However, V seemed to have a change of heart at one point, almost begging in front of Tes. Ultimately, V decided to fight for the good side once again.
The Animated Final
It is interesting to note that the final episodes were animated multiple times. It seems like the production team started and stopped the animation process a few times. Despite the improved animation quality, the final product still felt short and rushed. It appears that something happened behind the scenes causing the characters to act in unexpected ways and the plot to be structured strangely.
Character Arcs Rushed
One of the noticeable issues in the finale was the rushed character arcs. The characters’ development seemed to be acknowledged briefly before quickly moving on to more action-packed scenes. It felt like there was a lack of depth in the way characters’ actions and dialogue were handled, leaving viewers wanting more.
The Finale Recap
Scenes like it feels like they didnt quite know how to type all the loose end, so they just kind of like glazed it all over with some very pretty visuals and a really nicely choreograph fight scene and hopes. We wouldn’t notice um, which, by the looks of how positive the episode reaction have been seemed to work but um. I feel that the the uh the hots like craze in episode 8, will cool over the next few days, as there is still clearly a lot of faults.
Criticisms & Faults
Uh in the final lot of like Po details, bad ring decisions that are in there, but I would overall say its enjoyable final. I would definitely like um. I was definitely on the edge of my seat, for that, like I was definitely engaged and entertained so in in that. In that aspect, the episode certainly succeeded for sure, but I definitely feel like there was um theres loads of like niggling thoughts to the back of my mind that I cant really let go of.
Overall Enjoyment
If it’s off the cuff, I give it a good Seven and a half out of 10, like I still pretty liked it, I pretty much liked it like its still a Liam Vick product, and you know you can’t knock the technical achievement of it all it’s definitely the most well animated thing about Indian animation, probably ever. To be honest, um I mean I haven’t seen all Indian animation.
Reactions to the Finale
I can’t really make a definitive claim, but it was better than anything I’ve seen in animation, certainly in mainstream animation. To be honest, I feel like the key takeaway from this episode was more style over substance, with visuals looking pretty but lacking a coherent plot.
Potential for Improvement
While the finale may have impressed visually, there appears to be room for improvement in terms of storytelling and character development. Viewers may have been left wanting more depth and coherence in the plot.
