My name is Steve and in this episode, I’m going to take a look at the brand new Master Air Screw props for the DJI Mini 3 Pro and the DJI Mini 4 Pro, known as the Super Stealth props. These props are designed to be quieter and offer various benefits compared to their predecessors.

Cold Morning Flight Test
It is pretty cold today, with the temperature at 7 degrees Celsius. Despite the chilly weather, I am excited to test out the DJI Mini Pro 4 equipped with the new Master Air Screw props. These props come in yellow and black colors, adding a stylish touch to the drone.
Flight Performance Evaluation
As I take the drone for a flight, I can feel the cold on my fingers, but the drone lifts off smoothly. The drone hovers nicely in the air, unaffected by the slight breeze. I test its stability and maneuverability, performing various turns and speed changes. The yellow props are easily visible, standing out against the backdrop, while the black props are almost transparent, giving a stealthy look to the drone.
Smooth Flying Experience

Testing in Sport Mode
Try not to chop my head off here. Try to get it through tight turns there go. This is in sport mode once again seems to be okay doing its thing looks good. Okay, the next thing to do is take it out, filming Ill put it in normal mode. Cameras on lets see how quiet it is Ill see if I can find some birds and Ill try to sneak up to them.
Sneaking up on Birds
Can these birds hear me, can these birds hear me coming right at you, Birds there they finally heard Music me all right lets head out over the next section of ice, see if we see any birds out here, no Jello noticed in the image. Everything seems very smooth flying over the ice lets get out of the sun. This is an area where a lot of people ice fish, obviously no ice fishing going on. At the moment, everything seems a okay Im, not noticing any issues, no Jello, nothing and lets come back to me.
Noise Test
Okay, were going to try a quick noise test using the DJI mini4 Pro with the master air screw props on board. So a way out there is the Mini 4 Pro. You probably cant hear it cuz Im talking through the microphone my lapel microphone here, but this camera thats recording me has a big microphone on top and it picks up all the surrounding noise. I hardly use it cuz its terrible. It picks up everything if somebody sneezes 100 m away, it will pick up it up its.
Super Stealth Props Performance
It picks up all sound, but what Im going to do is Im going to switch to that microphone and were going to see how long it takes before you can hear the mini. So right now, on my display it says the mini is 20 M away. So Im going to switch to this microphone all right so now were on that camera microphone, which should be pretty noisy. Can you hear the mini Im going to stop talking and now Im going to keep bringing it closer now were at 13 M? Can you hear it its right there? Can you see it its at 6 M away? Can you hear it Ill? Be quiet then Ill bring it even closer there. We go its right beside me here. Can you hear it its right here Im behind it? Okay, Ill be quiet now, can you hear it so? What Im getting at is its very quiet with those props on.

Now I bet youre wondering what comes in the package. If you buy these props, let me tell you: first off the props are available in five different colors red blue electric black and orange inside each package. Youll receive a full set of props, as well as a set of screws. The props are 100 compatible with the DJI mini3 Pro and the DJI mini4 4 Pro youll note that the original DJI mini props are a little less flexible than the master air screw props. In addition, you can see that the master air screw super stealth.
Design Differences
Props have a very different design than the original DJI mini props. The new super stealth props offer a unique design that sets them apart from the original props.
Noise Level Comparison
Okay, so you’re back to me and you’re probably still not convinced on the noise difference. I did a little test indoors where I put the original DJI props on the Mini 4 Pro and flew. It did a sound check and then did the same thing with the super stealth props. So as long as you’re not tone deaf, you should have heard a difference in pitch between the original props and the new super stealth props. This difference in pitch is what is considered annoying and not so annoying. So if you’re out flying with the super stealth props, you will probably annoy fewer people now.
Comparison with Previous Generation Props
If you take a look at the Master Aircrew website, they still sell the stealth props as well as the brand new super stealth props. The reason they do this is that the new super stealth props are quieter than the previous generation. However, the previous generation allows you to corner better than the new generation. You probably can’t see it here, but there is a noticeable difference in how the tips of the props are created. The new super stealth props have brightly colored tips, whereas the previous generation’s tips are different. This suggests that the new props may spin even slower than the previous ones.
