You know I’m just being honest, I’m not sponsored, no affiliate links, no nothing, but that’s a pretty, pretty dang good deal. Because you get that freestyle VTX with the Nano 90. I believe, check that, not completely sure, check that, I’ll check that um on top of the Quad, which is, you know, usually around $130, um, maybe even closer to $140, so a very good deal. And I think it probably will fly better with the freestyle VTX.
Some Downsides to Consider
But what I’m trying to say is that there are some downsides, some shortcomings of this frame, of this quad, and it is the frame. It’s a unibody frame. That means, if you break a single bottom plate, if you break an arm, you’re replacing that whole bottom plate. Everything needs to come out. It’s not expensive, it’s more pain in the butt because you have to take everything out of the quad, remove the bottom plate, and put a new one on there. They’re cheap bottom plates, don’t get me wrong, it’s not insanely fragile, but it’s not very durable.
Durability Concerns
I would say if you were going to take this to, you know, a concrete, Bando, or you’re going to be flying super aggressively and risk hitting hard things, you’re going to break the frame 100% and probably in a day if you have a bad crash. If you’re a backyard flyer like me, you take it to a park or you’re not really concerned about slamming into concrete and heavy things, then it might be worth considering.
