Takeoff and Initial Observation

Let’s fly over there and check out their site. Takeoff is from this nice grass area. We then elevate to a height of about 60 meters, approaching the building.

On the left-hand side, we can see Gamul Street Musk. To the right, Armory Road houses several industrial estates, while Golden Hilic Road is on the opposite side. Flying over towards Poets Corner roundabout, we pass over the A45 and catch a glimpse of the train station.

As we approach the MacDermid site, we notice a large car park with ample parking spaces. However, there doesn’t seem to be any charging ports for electric vehicles. The site features one entrance and one exit for vehicles.

Upon flying over the top of the building, we observe that MacDermid has utilized its roof space effectively by installing solar panels. This sustainable approach to energy generation is commendable. Additionally, at the back of the building, there are containers, boxes, and tanks, indicating a robust operational setup.
