Next to the 70 mm telephoto camera and a new front facing liar for safe of flying in low light environment. Here are my first Music impressions, you’re watching cinity, supported by BampH and CVP. Now, before we get this started, let me State clearly that this is in no way a full review. It’s really just a first look at the DJI a3s, which I took out to a beautiful Maiden flight, but more on that later, before we dive in let’s.

    DJI’s Foldable Drone Lineup

Take a look at DJI’s lineup of foldable drones and how they’re positioned with regards to their capabilities and where the new A3S will actually fit in. At the lower end of their lineup, there’s still a new DJI Neo, which is clearly an entry-level drone that delivers okay quality video for amateurs and can be flown in lots of places due to its ultra-low weight of 135 g.

Next is the DJI Mini 3, which shoots better video and photos and can also be flown in many places without permissions because it weighs only 249 g. However, I think the Mini 3 might be discontinued eventually, as we actually have a DJI Mini 4 Pro, but no normal Mini 4 drone. I guess the Neo is taking that entry-level spot now, and the weight and size differences between the Mini 4 Pro and the Neo actually give them a better separation in the market between the two entry-level drones than the Mini 3 and the Mini 3 Pro had before.

    The DJI Air 3S

In the middle of DJI’s lineup of foldable drones up until now, there’s the DJI Air 3 sitting right above the Mini 4. Now, DJI has introduced the new DJI Air 3S, which promises to be an allrounder drone suitable for a wide range of users and scenarios. With its 70 mm telephoto camera and enhanced front-facing sensors for safe flying in low light environments, the Air 3S is set to deliver excellent performance and versatility.

The new DJI Air 3S is positioned to offer superior video and photo quality compared to its predecessors, making it a great choice for enthusiasts and professionals alike. With improved stability and control features, the Air 3S promises to be a reliable and efficient drone for capturing stunning aerial footage.

During my first flight with the DJI Air 3S, I was impressed by its ease of use and smooth handling. The drone responded well to commands and provided a stable flight experience even in challenging conditions. The camera quality was exceptional, capturing clear and crisp images from various heights and angles.

Overall, I believe that the DJI Air 3S has the

The DJI Air 3S – A Game Changer in Drone Photography

The DJI Air 3S has caused a stir in the drone photography world with its impressive features and capabilities. One of the standout features of this drone is its beautiful 70mm telephoto lens, providing users with a different perspective when capturing images and videos.

A Closer Look at the Camera

The main camera on the DJI Air 3S is a 24-megapixel sensor, the same one found on the Mini 4 Pro. While some users may have been disappointed by this, DJI made a smart move by incorporating a new 1-inch sensor for the main camera on the Air 3S. This upgrade offers better low-light capabilities and overall image quality, bridging the gap between the smaller sensor and the high-end sensors found in drones like the Mavic 3 Pro.

    Image Quality and Rendition

The DJI Air 3S does not disappoint when it comes to image quality. With the new 1-inch sensor, users can expect exceptional photos and videos with improved detail and clarity. The images captured with this drone showcase a high level of color accuracy and sharpness, making them perfect for professional use.

    Video Capabilities

When it comes to video recording, the DJI Air 3S shines. Both the main camera and the telephoto lens deliver stunning video quality, whether you’re shooting landscapes or capturing action shots. The drone offers 10-bit Dlog-M and full manual camera controls, giving users the flexibility to customize their footage according to their preferences.

    Enhanced Low Light Capabilities

Although the low light capabilities of the a3s have not been thoroughly tested yet, it is evident that it will outperform its predecessor, the air3. With a larger 1-inch sensor, the new model offers 50 megapixels in Photo mode and up to 4K resolution with 60 frames per second in HDR and 4K 120 for high-speed recordings.

    Improved Obstacle Sensing Technology

Unique to a DJI drone, the forward phasing laser sensor, along with camera sensors and downward-facing infrared sensors, allows the Drone to navigate through obstacles even in low light and near darkness. This advanced obstacle-sensing technology also enables a new smart return-to-home feature, ensuring a safe and obstacle-free return path for the Drone.

    Built-In Storage and Connectivity

The a3s comes equipped with 42GB of built-in storage, eliminating the need for a Micro SD card for recording. This ample storage provides approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes of recording time at 4K resolution and 25 frames per second in h.265. Additionally, connecting the Drone to a computer is now hassle-free, as the internal storage appears as an external drive even when the Drone is powered off.

    High-Quality Recording

The DJI Air 3S records in the very efficient H.265 codec at a maximum of 130 megabits per second and a max resolution of 4K. Some might be used to recording in the Mavic 3 Pro’s Cine 5K resolution with a built-in 1TB SSD, but the H.265 output of the Air 3S is also beautiful and broadcast-ready. The compression seems to hold up well, even in low-light environments.

    Professional-Grade Video Images

In conclusion, the DJI Air 3S drone is a great choice for those looking to produce professional-grade video images with a drone. It performs well in low-light situations and provides excellent quality footage. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of the high-end Mavic 3 Pro, it definitely serves its purpose.

    Upgrade Potential

The DJI Air 3S might be compared to the newest iPhone – while last year’s model is still great and does everything you need, there are a few innovations in the newer model that make it worth the upgrade for some users. Similarly, the Air 3S offers the best safety features, including a built-in LIDAR sensor, making it suitable for beginners as well.

The DJI Air 3S: An Allrounder Drone

Yes, it’s true. The DJI Air 3S comes with omnidirectional sensing capabilities, making it a great option for both beginners and professionals. With its larger sensor and safety features, it ensures great images and safe flights.

    Professional Features

For those looking to go professional, starting with the DJI Air 3S is a wise choice. It not only provides excellent image quality but also offers safety features that some other models lack. This can make a significant difference in ensuring the safety of your flights.

    Regulatory Considerations

When choosing a drone, it’s important to consider regulatory requirements, especially if you plan to operate in Europe. The DJI Air 3S falls in the C1 category, which is less restrictive than the C2 category. This means fewer regulations need to be followed, making it easier to fly in various spaces.

    Affordability and Performance

With a relatively low price point of around $100, the DJI Air 3S offers great value for money. Its 1-inch sensor and low-light shooting capabilities make it a versatile option for professional videographers and filmmakers. The drone’s flying capabilities also make it well-suited for various shooting scenarios.

    Introducing the DJI Air 3S

The highly anticipated DJI Air 3S has finally arrived, and it is set to revolutionize the drone market once again. Building on the success of its predecessors, the Air 3S is packed with new features and upgrades that make it the ultimate allrounder drone for both professional and recreational users.

    Key Features

One of the standout features of the DJI Air 3S is its extended flight time. With a new and improved battery system, the Air 3S can now stay airborne for up to 40 minutes, giving users more time to capture stunning aerial footage. Additionally, the Air 3S boasts an upgraded camera with a 5K resolution, ensuring crystal clear images and videos every time.

    Improved Stability and Maneuverability

The DJI Air 3S features upgraded sensors and improved obstacle avoidance technology, making it one of the most stable and maneuverable drones on the market. Whether you are flying in a crowded city or a remote mountain range, you can trust the Air 3S to navigate through any environment with ease.

    Smart Features

Like all DJI drones, the Air 3S comes equipped with a range of smart features that enhance the user experience. From active track and gesture control to automatic return to home functionality, the Air 3S is designed to make flying a drone as easy and enjoyable as possible.

    Price and Availability

The DJI Air 3S is now available for pre-order on the DJI website, with a starting price of $1,499. With its cutting-edge technology and impressive capabilities, the Air 3S is sure to be a popular choice among drone enthusiasts around the world. Don’t miss out on your chance to own this groundbreaking drone!

    Conclusion

Overall, the DJI Air 3S is a versatile and powerful drone that caters to the needs of photographers and videographers alike.
